We have found that no two customers are the same and each company has its own requirements in terms of service level and commercial support. Establishing partnerships with our customers is a key element to providing successful and well tailored service solutions which allow for your individual requirements and we take care to ensure that our services not only fit your operational needs, but your commercial, political and organisational requirements as well.

We extend our partnerships by sharing information more effectively and by implementing your Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Systems where required. In order to optimise communication, we can undertake to operate your own I.T. Systems or we can share our systems with members of your organisation to ensure that we provide effective services whilst you maintain control.

'Successful partnerships' are centered around shared goals; we currently operate 'incentive-based' partnerships with several large manufacturing companies whereby we have agreed to implement division of the additional cost savings we produce using our continuous improvement techniques. We would suggest, where a long term relationship could be established, that agreed targets be employed across the contracts (allowing for changes in legislation and Government Fiscal Policy) and where these are bettered, the financial benefits be shared between the client and the contractor.

The role of communication remains a key aspect of our partnership with you; the reporting of quality, cost and performance data is an area of our systems which we tailor to the requirements of a particular site or customer. Although much of the data we use is collected in the same way across our sites and contracts, we try to ensure that our system is applied in the most effective and informative way which fits the prevailing business requirements. We also produce accurate and timely cost analysis reports which conform to budgetary parameters provided by our customers - we will tailor our analysis to ensure that the information displayed not only fits our needs, but those of our customer as well.
